O RDER This petition is filed seeking for a direction to the respondent No.2 police to register the FIR as per the order of Cr.M.P.No.4324/2021 dated 16.12.2021 on the file of learned Judicial Magistrate, Nanguneri. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that basing on the direction of this Court dated 24.07.2023, a case has been registered in Crime No.297 of 2023 for the offences punishable under Sections 420 and 506(i) IPC. 3.Since the purpose, for which this petition is filed, has already been defeated, this Petition is disposed of.
