The Petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents to issue patta in the name of the Sri Padhra Kaliamman Thirukovil @ Arul Mughu Sri Ammachi Amman Trust in respect of the property in S.No.100/1, situate at Aladipatti, Aruppukkottai Taluk, Virudhunagar District.
2.Mr.M.Gaangatharan, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents 1 to 4. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3.According to the Petitioner, he is the President of the above said Trust. The above mentioned temple situate in the subject property for the past 150 years. The Government had constructed various public utility buildings in the portion of the subject property and the remaining lands are in possession of the temple. Therefore, the Petitioner submitted a representation on 23.6.2025 seeking issuance of patta in respect of the subject property, except the portion in which, the Government had put up public utility buildings. The said representation has been submitted by the Petitioner by virtue of long enjoyment of the temple. The said representation has not been considered till date. Hence the Petitioner has come before this Court with the present Writ Petition for the relief stated supra.
4.Mr.M.Gangatharan, learned Government Advocate, who takes notice for the respondents 1 to 4 would submit that the representation of the Petitioner, dated 23.6.2025 will be considered in accordance with law, within the time limit prescribed by this Court.
5.In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the third respondent is directed to 3/6
consider the representation of the Petitioner, dated 23.6.2025 and pass final orders on its own merits after issuing notice to the Petitioner and other interested parties, if any , within a period of 12 weeks from the date of a copy of this order. 6.With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
