O R D E R
The petitioner is before this Court seeking for a direction to the first respondent to initiate appropriate action against the respondents 2 and 3 in conducting election to the Society violating the bye laws.
2. The election of the Management of the respondent Society was for a period of three years and the said period has expired. In any event, the elections are conducted pursuant to the bye laws of the Society and not under the Statutory provisions contained in the Tamilnadu Societies Registration Act, 1975. Therefore, there is no statutory obligation on the 2/6
first respondent to take action against the respondents 2 and 3. 3.In light of the above, the relief sought for in this writ petition is not maintainable. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed.
4. It is open to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
5. There shall be no orders as to costs.
