ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction respondents not to interfere in the civil dispute in the guise of the enquiry and summons on the file of the second respondent police. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that when the petitioner started an Export Company, the third respondent also invested Rs.10 lakhs and after that the company was established and subsequent to that now he demanded back the above said share amount. The third respondent making a complaint to the second respondent. Based upon which enquiry has been undertaken and harassment also made by the second respondent. It is further submitted that it is purely civil transaction between the share holders, in which the second respondent may not have any role to play. 3.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor circulated the copy of the complaint, wherein the entire things has been narrated and in the final portion, it has been stated that this petitioner is already involved in similar cheating matter in Coimbatore. Crl.O.P.(MD)No.14875 of 2021 4.When there is a specific complaint against this petitioner with regard to the cheating, absconding and criminal intimidation, he has to appear before the Enquiry Officer and co-operate with him to complete the enquiry. If any trouble arises during the course of enquiry, he may workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings. 5.With the above liberty this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
