ORDER

The petitioner claiming to be the tenant under the second respondent Temple seeks for issuance of rental receipts in his name by contending that in the Tenancy Records his name has been entered in the place of one Veerasamy and however, the Temple is not issuing any receipt in the name of the petitioner.

2. Mr.M.Murugan, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the first respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent submits that the petitioner has to approach the Joint Commissioner, HR & CE, Trichy and make a request for change of his name in the tenancy records maintained by the department and without doing so, he filed the present Writ Petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would approach the said authority with request, as submitted by the learned Government Advocate.

5. Recording the above said submission made by the respective counsel, this Writ Petition is disposed of by giving liberty to the petitioner to approach the Joint Commissioner, HR & CE, Trichy seeking for appropriate relief.
