Prayer :- Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of The Constitution of India to direct the learned Subordinate Judge, Devakottai to expeditiously dispose of the final decree application in I.A No.1 of 2019 in O.S No.64 of 2010 on the file. ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day under the caption for extension of time for Lower Court' and upon perusing earlier orders of this Court dated 30.07.2024 and 28.03.2025, and the requisition letter in D.No.1131/2025 dated 27.06.2025 submitted by the Subordinate Judge, Devakottai and forwarded by the P.D.J, Sivagangai, this Court made the following Order: This court, by order dated 30.07.2024, directed the Court below to dispose of the final decree proceedings in application in I.A.No.1 of 2019 in O.S.No.64 of 2010 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of the order.

2. Thereafter, heeding to the request of the learned Subordinate Judge, Devakottai, vide letter dated 24.02.2025, this court by order dated 28.03.2025 extended time till 30.06.2025.

3. Now, the learned Subordinate Judge once again addressed a letter dated 27.06.2025 whereby and whereunder stating some reasons, he requested further three months time to comply with the orders dated 30.07.2024 and 28.03.2025 made in this Civil Revision Petition.

4. Considering the reasons stated by the Court below for extension of time,

three months time is extended from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to comply with the orders dated 30.07.2024 and the subsequent order dated 28.03.2025. Sd/- 19.08.2025 // True Copy // / /2025 Sub Assistant Registrar (CS - I/II/III/IV)
