This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl OP(MD) No.9152 of 2026 by order dated 06.05.2026.

2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the nature of offence and also the petitioner has been complying with the condition without fail and therefore, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl OP(MD) No.9152 of 2026 on 06.05.2026, is modified and the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police once in a week ie., on Every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
