Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner's case is that within the prohibited distance from his house, no crusher unit should be allowed to operate or its license renewed. In this case, the petitioner has not named any specific individual. But in the earlier writ petition filed by the petitioner in WP(MD)No.8738 of 2020, he named M/s.Sri Venkateswara Crusher. In this view of the matter, I direct the petitioner to submit a fresh representation to the concerned respondents. The petitioner has to specifically mention the person against whom he seeks relief. If petitioner gives full particulars, the authority 2/4

concerned will pass orders on such application in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the concerned party. It is made clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter.
