ORDER

The Learned Counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that they have complied with the Order passed by this Court as per the proceedings, dated 31.08.2024, wherein it is stated that they had paid pension arrears and also disbursed monthly pension and also paid Death-cum-Gratuity. However, the Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that he wants to verify.

2. This Court is convinced there is no wilful disobedience and hence, this Contempt Petition is closed. In case, if there is any default in payment, the petitioner is at liberty to reopen this Petition. 13.09.2024 Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes KSA 3/5
