ORDER

Present petition is filed seeking to quash the impugned proceedings in L.I.R.No.01 of 2021 on the file of the second respondent police. 2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondents would contend that the proceedings in L.I.R.No.01 of 2021 was forwarded to the first respondent/ The Revenue Divisional Officer for conducting peace committee meeting. Since the present petitioner did not appear before the first respondent/The Revenue Divisional Officer, the same has become infructuous. It is also his contention that subsequent to the proceedings in L.I.R.No.01 of 2021, no untoward incident took place in the locality.
