The present transfer civil miscellaneous petition is filed to transfer the case in H.M.O.P. No.336 of 2025 on the file of the Family Court, Madurai to the Sub Court, Kovilpatti.

2. In spite of notice, the same was returned as 'No such addressee'. The petitioner has provided the address as stated in the HMOP. The respondent has left without intimating any change of address. Therefore, notice is deemed to have been served. Since the respondent is appearing in person before the Family Court, and is present in Kovilpatti as and when required, the petitioner is seeking transfer.

3. Accepting the contentions of the petitioner, the transfer civil miscellaneous petition is allowed as prayed for. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
