ORDER
The petitioner seeks for a Mandamus directing the respondent to confirm the new managing trust of the Pudur Ayyappasamy Kovil as per the resolution passed on 18.01.2015, sent to the respondent on 22.10.2015.
2. Mr.V.Muruganandham, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondent and by consent of both parties, the main Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.
3. Needless to say that it is for the respondent to consider the claim of the petitioner and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law and therefore, this Court, at this stage, is not expressing any view on the claim made by the petitioner.
4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of only with a direction to the respondent to consider the request of the petitioner and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law. Such exercise shall be done by the respondent within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
