ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to the second respondent to provide adequate police protection for life and limb of the petitioner on the basis of the petitioner's representation, dated 23.09.2021, preferred by the petitioner in accordance with law.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the property in S.No.322/2B1B to an extent of 1 acre 6 cents belongs to the petitioner by way of purchase. The third respondent has also claimed some right over the property. O.S.No.67 of 2015 is pending before the learned District Munsif Court against the third respondent.

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.14858of 2021 upon the representation made by this petitioner enquiry was undertaken in CSR No.466 of 2021. The complaint was received only through registered post. There is a suit pending before the trial Court.

4.Since a suit is pending before the trial Court, police protection to one of the parties may not be possible. Hence, the second respondent is directed to close the complaint after advising the parties to workout their remedy in the pending suit. 5.With the above directions, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
