Respondents/Respondents PRAYER: Contempt petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, praying to punish the respondents under the provisions of Contempt of Courts Act 1971, for wilful and deliberate disobedience of the common order passed by this Court in W.P.No.13645 of 2014 dated 04.03.2019.

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the Impugned order passed by the first respondent vide Se. Mu. Order No. AT7/5493/12 dated 09.06.2014 and quash the same and consequently directing the respondents to allow the petitioner to retire from service and pay all the consequential monetary benefit including the retirement benefit payable to him with interest at the rate of 12% from the date on which it become payable till the realization.

This contempt petition has been filed to punish the contemnors/respondents for their wilful disobedience of the common order passed by this Court in W.P.No.13645 of 2014 dated 04.03.2019.
2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the respondents would state that as against the common order passed by this Court in W.P.No.13645 of 2014 dated 04.03.2019, writ appeals in W.A(MD)Nos.1016 and 1017 of 2019 have been filed and the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court has granted an order of interim stay of the order passed in the writ petition.
3.In view of the interim order of stay of the operation of the above order has been passed by the Division Bench, the contempt petition is closed.
