ORDER

The petitioner seeks for a Mandamus directing the respondent to consider his representation dated 30.10.2015 through which he sought for shifting of transformer situated in front of his property ie., at Plot No.12B, T.S.No.22/1, Srinivasan Nagar, Thirumangalam Taluk, Madurai District.

2. Mr.S.M.S.Johny Basha, learned counsel takes notice for the respondent and by consent of both parties, the main Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent based on instruction submitted that the respondent is proposing to shift the transformer on a power shut down day, most likely on 30.01.2016.

Considering the above submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent, I find that the request of the petitioner is being considered by the respondent positively and in view of the above said submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent, I find no further order is necessary in this Writ Petition.

5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed recording the undertaking given by the learned counsel for the respondent. No costs.
