PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.277 of 2020 on the file of the Respondent Police ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner is arrayed as sole accused. He was arrested and remanded to Judicial Custody on 25.09.2020, for the offences punishable under sections 302, 294(b) and 506(ii) of I.P.C., in Crime No.277 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police. Hence, he seeks bail.

2.It is seen that this is the second application seeking bail. The earlier bail application in Crl.OP(MD)No.13731 of 2020 was dismissed on merits by this Court on 02.12.2020. 3.Taking into consideration of the fact that there is no change of circumstances after dismissal of the earlier bail application in Crl.OP(MD)No.13731 of 2020, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
