ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

2. Considering the nature of relief to be granted, issuance of notice to the third respondent is dispensed with.

3. The petitioner questions the impugned charge memo on the grounds set out in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition. The grievance of the petitioner is that he had already given a representation on 20.07.2022 alleging that he is being harassed by the third respondent. His grievance is that even without taking note of the said representation, the impugned charge memo has been issued.

4. I am not inclined to set aside the charge memo straightaway. Now that the petitioner has given a reply to the charge memo, I am certain that all the relevant materials would be taken note of by the enquiry officer as well as the disciplinary authority. Leaving open the contentions of the writ petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
