Mr.S.Manikandan, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.348 of 2022 on the file of the Respondent Police ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/sole Accused, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 323 and 506(i) I.P.C, in Crime No.348 of 2022 on the file of the respondent Police, seeks 1/4

anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner attacked the defacto complainant with key and abused using filthy language and also criminally intimidated him, for which, the case was registered against the petitioner. Hence, the complaint.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that already anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner on 11.01.2023, but he was not able to execute the surety within the time, due to illness.

4. Since the petitioner is already granted anticipatory bail by this Court, there is no question of second anticipatory bail. The petitioner can file a petition seeking extension of time.

5. Hence, this anticipatory bail petition is dismissed with liberty to file a petition seeking extension of time to comply the condition imposed upon the petitioner by this Court.
