Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the second respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.J.3/44090/2014, dated 02.11.2015 and quash the same and consequently, direct the respondents herein to sanction political pension to the petitioner far with the petitioner's brother viz., Balasankarapandian as per the order of the second respondent herein in his proceedings in M.P.C.P.O.No.J3/13334/2010 dated 10.11.2012.
