This petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents to file the Final report in crime No.284 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (criminal side) would submit that already enquiry has been completed in the case in crime No.284 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police and the same has been referred as Mistake of Fact on 12.01.2019 and RCS has also been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate concerned.

3.Recording the same, since the prayer in this petition has become infructuous, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous.
