ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 2nd respondent to dispose of the Appeal filed by the petitioner on 12.07.2022 against the order of the 3rd respondent in Order No. 3436/A2/2021 dated 15.06.2022 within a time frame that may be stipulated by this Court.

2.This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the official respondents to consider the petitioner's claim and pass orders in accordance to law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3.With the above observations, this Writ Petition is allowed. There shall be no order as to costs.
