*********** [Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.] The petitioner filed this Writ Petition to forbear the respondents from laying Paver Block Stones in the cement road at Pallivasal Street at Rajagambeeram Village, Manamadurai Taluk, Sivagangai District.

2. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the fifth respondent, on instructions, submitted that the road has already been laid.

3. In view of the subsequent events, nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition. The Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
