ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J.) On 10.07.2025 it was mentioned by the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner that despite the directions by this Court the petitioner was not allowed to visit the missing person in the hospital, whereas the police have sent the missing person along with her parents. Finding that the order of this Court has not been complied with we directed Mr.Abdul Raghman, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Pudukottai to be present before this Court along with the missing person on 15.07.2025 without fail.
2. Today the missing person was produced before this Court. We enquired her. She submitted that though on 01.07.2025 during enquiry through video call she had expressed her willingness to go along with the petitioner subsequently on account of her ill health being affected with chicken pox she had decided to go along with her parents and thereby on her request the police have permitted her to go along with her parents.

3. She submitted that as on date she is neither willing to go along with her cousin nor with the petitioner and she preferred to stay along with her parents in her house. She also submitted that she is not under illegal detention of any body.
4. Finding that the alleged missing person is not under illegal detention of anybody and already the Habeus Corpus petition was disposed of, no further order is required to be passed in this petition.
