For Respondent : Mr.R.Erottuchamy, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.652 of 2020 on the file of the Respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as A1, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Section 379 IPC and Section 21(1) & 21(2) of Mines and Minerals (Development & Regulations) Act, 1957, in Crime No.652 of 2020, on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent.

3.This is the third anticipatory bail petition. The petitioner's earlier anticipatory bail petitions were dismissed on 29.09.2020 in Crl.O.P(MD)No.10487 of 2020 and on 26.11.2020 in Crl.O.P(MD)No.13458 of 2020.

CRL OP(MD).No.14951 of 2020 4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, submitted that the petitioner said to have illegally transported one unit of river sand by using Tipper Lorry. He further submitted that the petitioner is also having three previous cases similar in nature and he strongly opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Taking into consideration the fact that there is no change in circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
