O R D E R

The petitioner has moved this Court seeking to provide police protection for running her "Pearl Trust" at the petition mentioned premises.

2. The petitioner is a tenant while the third respondent is the land lord. There appears to be a dispute between them. The third respondent has trespassed into the petitioner's premises and caused damage to the articles worth about Rs.6,00,000/- (Rupees six lakhs only). In this regard, based on the petitioner's complaint, the second respondent had already registered a case in Crime No.397 of 2021 and he has also taken action. Therefore, the second respondent cannot be expected to do more than that. If the petitioner apprehends that he may be dispossessed by the private respondents herein, it is for the petitioner to move the jurisdictional Court for appropriate relief.

3. In this pandemic time, the second respondent cannot be expected to provide round the clock protection to the petitioner. In any event, the second respondent is directed to conclude the investigation within the period of four months and file the final report in Crime No.397 of 2021.

4. With this direction this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
