O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Madurai to dispose of the case in C.C.No.20 of 2017.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that totally there are nine accused in the above criminal proceedings and the petitioners are accused Nos.8 and 9 and the matter is pending from the year 2017 and so far the trial has not been commenced. Hence, the present criminal original petition has been filed.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instructions would submit that the matter is posted for trial on 06.09.2019.

4. Considering the fact that the matter is pending from the year 2017, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Madurai is directed to dispose of the case in C.C.No.20 of 2017 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
