For Respondent : Mr.R.M.Anbunithi Additional Public Prosecutor PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.9/2021 on the file of the respondent police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 408, 420, 465 and 468 IPC in Crime No.9 of 2021 on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police would submit that the investigation in this case has already been completed and the charge sheet was filed in C.C.No.35 of 2022 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Pudukkottai. He would further submit that absconding charge sheet was filed against the petitioner in the said charge sheet.

3. On perusal of the records it is seen that this Court by order dated, 07.10.2021 granted interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner on condition that the petitioner must appear before the respondent police and co-operate with them to complete the process of investigation.

4. Since the investigation is now over and the first accused was granted regular bail by the Principal Sessions Judge, Pudukkottai, in Criminal M.P.No.3124 of 2021 on condition to deposit a sum of Rs.1,50,000/- to the credit of above said Crime number and that the petitioner has already been granted interim anticipatory bail by this Court, the interim anticipatory bail already granted by this made absolute.

5. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on her appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Pudukottai on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation. The petitioner shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously.

6. The petitioner shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy is made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail stands dismissed.
