PRAYER in WP(MD) No.18834 of 2022: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the entire records pertaining to the impugned death certificate issued by the second respondent in Form No.6 in Registration No.41 of 2014, dated 20.09.2014 and quash the same.

For Petitioner : Mr.D.Venkatesh For R1 & R2 : Mr.M.Sarangan Additional Government Pleader (in both WPs) C O M M O N O R D E R These writ petitions are filed as against the death certificate and the legal heir certificate issued by the second respondent 2.Today(22.09.2023), when these writ petitions are taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petitions and he has also circulated a letter dated 20.09.2023 to that effect. 2/4

3.In view of the above, these Writ Petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. No Costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
