This petition has been filed to quash the First Information Report in Crime No. 105 of 2010 dated 24.06.2010 on the file of the first respondent.

2.Heard both sides.

3.The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) would submit that after completing the investigation in Crime No.105 of 2010, the respondent police has filed a final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tirumangalam, Madurai District and the same is yet to be taken cognizance. Therefore, the prayer sought for by the petitioner become infructuous.

4.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (criminal side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, the petitioner is at liberty to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
