ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to act upon the representation made by the petitioner on 05.08.2020, wherein the petitioner is seeking for putting up a link from Combai Road to his Plot in Survey No.986/A.

2. Heard Mr.A.Prasanna Rajadurai, learned counsel for the petitioner and Ms.S.Jeyapriya, learned Government Advocate for the respondents.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the nature of grievance that has been expressed by the petitioner, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 05.08.2020 and take a decision on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. The petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation to the second respondent along with all the relevant documents and also a copy of this order. 2/4
