ORDER
The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking a direction to the 3rd and 5th respondents not to interfere in a civil dispute, based on his representation dated 05.05.2025.
2. When this petition is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the Chief Minister Cell on 23.04.2025 and the same was forwarded to the 3rd respondent Police 2/4
for enquiry. The petitioner's complaint was treated as current paper enquiry and they have also closed the same as it is civil in nature. A copy of the closure report has also been produced before this Court.
4. Recording the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this writ petition is closed with a direction to the respondent Police to furnish a copy of the closure report to the petitioner, enabling him to workout his remedy in the manner known to law. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
