2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the case, in M.C.No.93 of 2016, itself already disposed of by the concerned trial Court and hence, the petition become infructuous.

3.Recording the submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
