ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner /sole accused was arrested and remanded to judicial custody by the respondent police on 07.11.2020 for the offences punishable under Sections 392,397 and 506(ii) of IPC.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner was detained under Act 14 of 1982.

3. In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed for the present.
