This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No.3 of 2024, pending on the file of the first respondent police.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submits that in this case, after completion of investigation, on 10.06.2024, the final report has been filed before the concerned Judicial Magistrate, through e-filing No.LTN. 20220002284C202400027 and the same has not been taken on file.

3.Recording the said submission, this criminal original petition is closed. The respondent police is expected to file the final report in order and also ensure that the final report is taken on file within a period of two 2/4

weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
