This petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in S.C.No.181 of 2015 on the file of the II Additional Sub Court, Trichy as against the petitioners.

2.It is represented by the learned Government Advocate (criminal side) that already, the petitioners approached this Court by filing Crl.O.P.(MD) No.6527 of 2018 for the very same prayer and this Court, vide order dated 23.04.2018, allowed the same with conditions as the parties have entered into a compromise and settled the issue between them.
