O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent herein to secure the accused persons in connection with Crime No. 30 of 2016 on the file of the respondent and to file a final report before the concerned Court, within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.Heard both sides.

3.The grievance of the petitioner is that even though the crime was registered in the year 2016, so far no investigation has been conducted by the respondent police. Hence, the present criminal original petition has been filed.

3. Today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instructions would submit that the charges related to land grabbing, now the investigation already completed and the respondent police will file a final report within a period of two weeks.

4. Recording the above said submission, the respondent police is directed to complete the investigation in Crime No.30 of 2016 and file a final report before the jurisdictional Magistrate https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.1073 of 2018 within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
