VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.MP(MD)No.6082 of 2021 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.9774 of 2021, dated 19.08.2021.

2.Today (i.e., 01.12.2021), when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioners have not complied with the conditions even for a single day.

CRL MP(MD) No.8049 of 2021 3.In view of the aforesaid submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Court is not inclined to modify the condition at this point of time.

4.Accordingly, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
