This petition has been filed to quash the order passed in Cr.M.P.No. 4976 of 2017 dated 07.12.2017 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No. VI, Trichirappalli, thereby, dismissing the private complaint filed for direction under Section 156 of Cr.P.C.

2.Heard both sides.

3.The petitioner has to avail remedy by way of revision, therefore, the petition is dismissed as not maintainable with liberty to approach concerned jurisdictional Court. 4.The registry is directed to return the original papers. The petitioner is at liberty to approach the concerned Court by way of revision. On such petition, the concerned Court is directed to dispose of the same within a period of two weeks from the date of filing of revision.

5.With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
