ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the first and second respondents to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner's life and limb on the basis of the petitioner's representation, dated 28.07.2022. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner gave a representation, dated 28.07.2022 before the second respondent police to provide police protection to him from the respondent Nos.3 to 5. But the respondent police did not take any action. Hence, he filed this petition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that based on the complaint, dated 28.06.2022 given by the petitioner, a case has been registered in Crime No.192 of 2022 for the offences under Sections 294(b), 323, 506(i) IPC against the respondents 3 to 5.

Now the petitioner gave another representation, dated 28.07.2022 seeks police protection and C.S.R.No.357 of 2022 was given on 29.07.2022. 4.Recording the said submission, the second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 28.07.2022 and to take suitable action on merits within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
