This petition has been filed to direct the Principal District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Eraniel, Kanyakumari District to dispose of the case in S.T.C.No.1322/2015 on the file of the Principal District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Eraniel. 2.Heard.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the fact that the case is of the year 2015, the learned Principal District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Eraniel is directed to dispose of the case in S.T.C.No.1322 of 2015, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if the same is not already disposed of. 4.With the above direction, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
