ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to take appropriate action based on the petitioner's representation dated 05.06.2026.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has sent a representation seeking appropriate action against the 4th and 5th respondents. However, no proper action was taken, and therefore, this petition was filed.

3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent police submitted that the complaint was received through post and was assigned C.No.10/Thapal/D4PS/2026. Pursuant thereto, summons were issued to the parties concerned, and both sides appeared for enquiry on 14.06.2026. It was further submitted that the matter has been adjourned to 18.06.2026 for further enquiry and that the enquiry is still pending.

4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and carefully perused the materials before this Court. Considering the nature of the order proposed to be passed in this petition, notice to the private respondents is dispensed with. 2/4

Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, the third respondent police is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 05.06.2026 and conduct an enquiry in this regard, after issuing summons to the parties concerned, under Section 64 of the BNSS, and conclude the same, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
