This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the learned Additional Mahila Court (Magistrate Level) Madurai to complete the trial in D.V.C.No.29 of 2020 within a period stipulated by this Court. 2.As per the remarks offered by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court (FAC), Madurai in D.No.692 of 2022 dated 29.09.2022, the case in D.V.C.No.29 of 2020 was posted on 03.10.2022 for respondents side evidence.

3. Considering the report dated 29.09.2022, this Court directs the learned Judicial Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court (FAC), Madurai, to dispose the case in D.V.C.No.29 of 2020 within a reasonable period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
