ORDER
The prayer sought for in this writ petition is to direct the respondent to issue Legal Heirship Certificate to the petitioner for her unmarried elder brother, namely, Navamani, who died on 01.06.2001 at petitioner's house .
2.Heard Mr.R.Murugappan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.B.Bhagawathi, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.
3.With the consent of both sides, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
4. The petitioner, in order to get Legal Heirship Certificate for his deceased brother, has given a representation on 27.07.2019 and the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, in this regard, submitted that, if the said representation is decided by the respondent, within a time frame, on merits and final order is passed thereon, the petitioner would be satisfied.

W.P.(MD)No.18211 of 2019 5.I have heard Mr.B.Bhagawathi, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent, who would submit that, the said representation of the petitioner, dated 27.07.2019 would be decided by the respondent, within a time frame.
6.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this writ petition, this Court is directed to dispose of this writ petition with the following directions:- "that the respondent is hereby directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 27.07.2019 and pass final order thereon, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order." 7.With the above directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
