To set aside the judgment and Decree dated 07.08.2019 in A.S.No.10 of 2015(on the file of the Additional Sub Judge, Pudukkottai) confirming the Judgment and Decree dated 17.04.2014 in O.S.No.306 of 2009 on the file of the Learned District Munsif Court, Pudukkottai District by allowing this Appeal. To stay the operation of the Decree and Judgment in A.S.No.10 of 2015 on the file of the Learned Additional Sub-Judge, Pudukkotti, pending disposal of the second appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed on payment of cost of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand only) to be deposited in Indian Bank, High Court Branch, Madurai (Current A/C.No.7087208431 IFSC.No.IDIDI1000H040), for the Madurai Bench of Madras High Court Advocates Welfare Fund, within a week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order failing which this petition shall stand dismissed automatically without any further reference to this Court.
