PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying this Court to direct the 2nd respondent to give adequate police protection to the petitioner to repair her house situated at No.7/58, Fish Market Street, Paramakudi Ramanathapuram District on the basis of Petitioner's representation dated 14.09.2021. ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to the second respondent to give adequate police protection to the petitioner to repair her house, situated at No.7/58, Fish Market Street, Paramakudi Ramanathapuram District, on the basis of Petitioner's representation, dated 14.09.2021.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police stated that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent police had conducted enquiry and closed the same on 28.09.2021.
