Prayer in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.15178 of 2021:- Criminal Original petition is filed under section 482 of Cr.P.C to direct the learned Judge, Special Court(PCR Court wing)Thoothukudi to accept the surrender of the petitioner and consider the bail application of the petitioner on the same day on merits in the event of their surrender in connection with Crime No.186 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police.

ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Thiru.Ka.Raamakrishnan, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Thiru.R.Suresh Kumar, Government Advocate(Crl Side) for the respondents, this Court made the following order: https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis This petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD) No.15178 of 2021 dated 06.10.2021.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was unable to comply with the conditions imposed by this Court and now he is ready to comply with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3 In view of the same, time already granted by this Court vide order dated 06.10.2021 is extended for a period of 15-days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which the order shall stand dismissed automatically without any further reference to this court.

4. The Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered accordingly.
