O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent police to file a final report in Crime No.201 of 2016.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that based on the complaint given by one Kingsly, S/o.Vethakkan, F.I.R. has been registered against the petitioner and one Sulaiman Sheit in Crime No.201 of 2016 for the offences under Sections 294(B), 387, 506(ii) of I.P.C., r/w. Section 4 of Indian Arms Act and so far no investigation has been conducted. Hence, the present criminal original petition has been filed.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instructions would submit that now the investigation is over and they will file a final report within a period of one month.

4. In the above circumstances, the second respondent police is directed to complete the investigation in Crime No.201 of 2016 and file a final report within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
