Order : These petitions coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petitions filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.J.JEYAKUMARAN, Advocate for the petitioner in CRL MP (MD)No.9509 of 2022 and of MR.M.PRABU, Advocate for the petitioner in CRL MP(MD)No.9486 of 2022 and of MR.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Crimal Side) on behalf of the Respondent in both petitions, the court made the following order:- These petitions have been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD)Nos.7012 and 10153 of 2022 on 05.07.2022.

CRL MP(MD)No.9509 OF 2022 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly. 4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) Nos.7012 and 10153 of 2022 on 05.07.2022 is relaxed and the petitioners shall report before the respondent police once in 15 days ie., on the 1st and 16th working day of every English Calendar month at about 10.30 am., until further orders. sd/- 16/08/2022 / TRUE COPY / /08/2022 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
