ORDER
This petition is filed seeking quashment of Crime No.1244 of 2021 on the file of the 1st respondent.
2.The case has been registered for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 506(i) and 500 of IPC. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that based upon the compliant given by one Arun Prasath, the case has been registered against this petitioner stating that this petitioner posted the posting in social media by misusing the defacto complainant's photographs.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that for the offence under Section 500 of IPC, only private complaint will lie and the police complaint is not proper. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
Crl.O.P.(MD)No.14848 of 2021 4.The learned counsel appearing for the 1st respondent would submit that the investigation has been completed and the final report is also made ready and the same will be presented before the concerned Court within short time, after completing the official formalities.
5.Since the final report is ready, the same shall be filed by the 1st respondent herein before the concerned Court, within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. After filing the final report, if the petitioner is aggrieved by the contents of the same, he can workout his remedy appropriately through appropriate proceedings. 6.With the aforesaid liberty and directions, this petition stands disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
