ORDER

The petitioner seeks for a direction to the 1st respondent to withdraw the case in Crime No.74/2024 dt 15.06.2024 on the file of the 2nd respondent and entrust the same to the some other investigation agency for investigation and to file the final report before the jurisdictional Magistrate within the time frame as fixed by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate, on instructions, submitted that upon completion of the investigation, the final report had been filed as "further action dropped" on 12.11.2024 and that the RCS notice was also served on the petitioner on the very same day.

3. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report, by filing a protest petition in accordance with law.
